I'

Our involvement with aviation goes back many years ago when asked to attend to wear to the leather arms of the 'Queens Flight'. Since then, we have built up quite an extensive customer list, which includes Netjets Europe, Aerocare, Aero Technics & Jet2. We also supply TUI with our leather cleaners & "Neutral Leather Conditioner & Protector" lotion.

As well as giving leather back it's appealing leather aroma, it also contains antibacterial & stain protection!

The opening 2 photos above are of the Challenger 604 used in the James Bond movie "Quantum of Solace". We were asked to refurbish the leather upholstery at Manchester Airport in July 2007 on behalf of "Ocean Sky" prior to filming & then to "freshen" again after completion.

Our renovation & maintenance materials / services have all been "crib" tested & approved to meet aviation specifications. "Conformity" certificates can be issued on completion. One beneficial result from the test was that our treatment was actually  found to improve the burns rating!

Netjets  discovered there were advantages of having a regular  leather maintenance service as part of the EO. Apart from the positive "visual" response they received from their clients using the aircraft; they discovered the benefit of several extra years service they have had from the interior before expensive recovering was required!

Over the years, we have broken our aircraft interior leather maintenance down into three basic level services, although often we are asked for a "mix" on certain higher wearing areas:

Level 1
Intensive clean & "dye-guard/antibacterial" protection (on-site)

Level 2
Intensive clean, cosmetically rectify minor damage & wear / Biro removal , followed by "dye-guard/antibacterial" protection. (on-site)

Level 3
Fully refinishing leather upholstery. (interior brought to our workshop unless suitable on-site "spraying" facilities available)
